Kleiner Balkon. Die Tür zum Balkon dichtet nicht ab daher war uns sehr kalt in der Nacht und die Klimaanlage wäre uns zu laut gewesen. Preis Leistung passt leider nicht so ganz. Etwas zu teuer für die angebotene Einfachheit. Das inkludierte Frühstück war auch sehr einfach.
